Students in grades 6-12 have the opportunity to purchase a la carte items in the cafeteria. Prices are:
There are no lunch tickets to purchase. We use a computer to keep a record of the students’ purchases and charges. Breakfast, lunch and extra items are all in one account for each student. If you wish to pay in advance for your student’s meals, send in a check for the number of meals multiplied by the appropriate charge. We recommend paying by check so you will have a record of payment. You may also pay online by going to the schools website and clicking on the pay schools logo on the left margin.
Applications for free and reduced meals can be picked up in the Main Office from Cheryl Adams. Federal regulations do not allow us to issue free or reduced meals without an approved application on file.
The school board has a policy in regards to charging. Students will be allowed to charge up to the cost of three meals. For example, $2.00 x 3 = $6.00(full pay), or $0.40 x 3 = $1.20 (reduced). Hopefully, this will eliminate surprise charges for you as a parent. Please help us make this work by staying current with your student’s lunch money. If you want to limit what items your student may purchase or have any questions please contact Cheryl Adams or Angie McArthur at 477-6313.
